Black furred Cavoodle ‘Dora’ with slight brown fur around nose. Pink collar with metal tag with writing “Dora” on one side and a phone number on the other side. On Monday 9th March at 3:24pm a Caucasian woman unleashed her from the front of Vogue Centre, 670 Chapel St, South Yarra against her will and took her away, heading northbound.
