Billy is a 1 year old tan and black Pomeranian. He weighs approx 3kg. Despite little legs, he is a fast runner! Billy got out of his harness on Thursday evening and is still missing. He ran east on Moreland Road and was apparently seen to get hit by a car on Sydney Road. He continued running, although with a limp, and was last seen around The Avenue/The Grove. We have not had any updated sightings.
