Lost Fluffy Tabby: Grumpy but Sweet - Help Find!

He's my sister's cat he went missing when she left to go to a family members house we have since moved houses but no sight of him at old home, He can be grumpy most of the time but is actually really sweet, His names tabby, witch is also his breed. He is way fluffier then in the photos we only have photos of him with short hair as he runs away when we try to take photos of him, He's about a 1 nearly 2 now but still kinda small for his age
