Carter is a domestic short hair cat in ginger and white colour. He has a white belly and a striped tail. He is desexed and microchipped. He is very timid which is hard to get close to him. He might react to tapping can, food packages and bird sound. Last seen in Zephyr Close, Ringwood Victoria
