Billy is a male tabby cat, around 14 years of age, very extroverted, an outdoor cat and very adventurous - which is unfortunate in this situation. He of course has a tabby pattern with his predominant colour being black with hints of brown and white through out. His back feet are white up to probably his knees where as his front feet are only white at the paws. He should be wearing his collar which has a bell on it. He should also come to you when he is called.
