Buddy is a ginger domestic short-haired cat. He was wearing a cone on his head due to a skin condition. He is strictly an indoor cat, unfamiliar with the outdoors, and may be scared, hiding, or stuck. He is also on urgent medication twice daily, so time is critical especially with rain forecast from Friday to Sunday.
