Lost Ragdoll Cat: White & Grey - Willoughby!

Male cat, unneutered, ragdoll breed, 3 years old. Mostly white except for lighter grey highlights on the ears, face and tail. He has bright blue eyes. He was not looked after when going out for potty and had run away. Might run away from people or keep their distance from them.
