Nev is a red and pale tan kelpie wearing a green collar no tag. He is epileptic and needs regular medication. He loves to play fetch so you might have more of a chance to catch him if you have something to throw like a ball or stone or stick. He’s probably scared and will possibly run away he would be hard to catch.
