Missing cat, Sydney

I’m on the top floor of the apartment block of 128 willarong road. My cat went missing when I was at work on night shift off my balcony. My neighbours all saw him that night on their balconies and he hasn’t been seen since. He’s a male Cornish Rex, very friendly and even knows tricks. He’s an indoor cat so I’m concerned about his welfare because he has never been outside let alone for this long.
