Simba is a short haired tabby cat and his right eye tends to water due to a blocked tear ducted, which was going to be attended too before he went missing. Simba was previously an outdoor cat, but he has been kept indoors for many many months. When he was allowed outside, he would regularly go exploring for hours but always return home during the night to eat, and throughout the day. Simba is a tabby cat and was wearing a collar with a name tag that says "Simba" when he went missing. Simba can be extremely timid and easily frightened, particularly around unfamiliar people. If approached, he is very likely to run away and hide.
