Female tabby approx 1.5 years old. Blue collar with bell and microchipped. Social and playful cat but might be scared as she's always indoors and the outdoors is unfamiliar to her. Likely jumped out of balcony in the early morning as a bird was there. Most likely around 19 Shoreline Drive/Sevier Ave in Rhodes
