Carter is a brown and white Border/Kelpie X. He is 4 years old and very friendly. His more distinctive feature is his white front leg - one brown and one white. We have him on camera at our house at 2:20 on Sunday afternoon (12th) he was outside on the front step. We home 3:45pm and no sign of him. Do not know if he is injured and in the bush or if someone has picked him up. He is wearing a blue collar with my number on it.
