Missing Tri-Colored Cavalier Dog Koda - Help Find Him!

Koda is a tri coloured cavalier, male, desexed. He got out of our property in Parklands - we are on acreage and he would often run out to swim in a little dam and chase ducks. On Saturday we had a bunch of kids at our house and one of them accidentally let him out at about 4:30pm. While looking for him at 6:30pm I received a 13sec phone call saying “we’ve hit your dog, he’s dead, we’ve given him a proper burial, stop looking” We later traced the call back to a payphone behind the Mandurah Forum (Clarice Street). We now think they have taken him and tried to put us off looking.
