our cat is still missing. We have been searching for her for two nights already. We have put up posters everywhere and posted in all the local groups. Just so you know — there are wild foxes running around Bentleigh at night. One even tried to approach us quite aggressively. Also, scammers have become active. This email address: [email protected] . This person seems to be doing this regularly. He sends photos of a cat supposedly in a cage, box, or on a couch (obviously photoshopped), and asks you to buy a gift card as a “reward” and send him a photo with the code. According to the police, he is not only operating in Victoria but also in other states. Unfortunately, this is how some people try to make money from someone else's distress. See full comment
