Here’s a very short, clear version you can use: Black and white female cat. Mostly white face with a black patch over one eye, black ears, yellow/green eyes, pink nose, small dark spot under chin. Black back with white chest and legs. Medium size, no collar. Friendly and familiar with the area, usually stays close to home. May be shy at first but responds to gentle calling and food. Disappeared from her usual spot/backyard and hasn’t returned.
