Smokey grey male cat, small, slender frame. Tilted head and sore on left side of neck (in need of vet appointment to attend to this). Very timid cat, will panic if attempt to pick him up or approach. Hard of hearing but has a loud meow. Cat was lost because recently relocted to new area and got out before becoming familiar with surroundings. If seen please don't approach, walk away and notify owner asap by phone or text.
