Tilly knows his name, likes wolf whistles and he walks with pigeon toes. His feathers are not clipped however he flies around at home. He is very loved and very well behaved. Whistles, chirps and likes to be in everything. He flew a distance of 5.5k to be found the next day at Hudson St. Could not be picked up unfortunately but was photographed. It is definitely Tilly the male Cockatiel.
