I think it is a female, it is very friendly and seems to have anxiety when away from humans, every time I put her on a perch she flew to my head and wanted to be on me. I haven't heard her speak at all. Found her when my next door neighbour asked me for help she thought it was my bird I have a galah and she was sitting on their electrical box. She doesn't appear to have been attacked at all and she has been fed and given water.
