Appears to be a corella parrot. Very friendly and is able to talk. Appears in good health. No injuries observed. No leg tag ID. Seen inside Footscray Cemetery at approx 6.00pm on the 30/11/2024. Unfortunately unable to catch bird to take to Vet.
