She's a bright blue ring necked parrot with a very distinguished sqwark that last for about 5 seconds at a time , shes a bit nippy when you try to pick her up if she doesnt know you, shes almost a teal blue in colour but quite bright . Also one of her wings have been clipped . Lost in Mertz Court , Greenwith . South Australia
