Found young female German Shepherd in Kensington Gardens

Young female German Shepherd. Mostly black with tan eyebrows and legs. Found in Kensington Gardens. Roaming the streets. Collar but no tags. Microchipped but details not updated. Very well cared for. Under 1 year old. Shiny coat, great teeth. Beautiful temperament. Trained. Being well cared for with us but we are desperate to reunite her with her humans who must be missing her terribly. Have contacted the rangers at Burnside city council, RSPCA, posted on 5 lost/found pet pages on fb, called local vets to where she was found…no luck. Proof of ownership required to collect her.
